Every single individual living in Ukarumpa is here, first and foremost, to support Bible Translation. Some individuals are linguists, scripture use workers and translators working directly with the people of PNG. Others, like us, are here to work in support roles that enable the translators to do the work that God has called all of us here to support. It is the heart of Wycliffe and SIL to see the Bible in every one of the 700+ languages in Papua New Guinea. God’s word, not us, will bring change in the lives of these people, but we are so thankful that He uses us in the process.
