Thank You!

The year is coming to a close and we wanted to take a moment just to thank you for supporting us in prayer and financially.

Your generosity has blessed us immensely and held us up during some difficult times of transition here in PNG.

And, do you know what? Your prayers have made a difference – not just for us but for the important work we are supporting here in PNG.

For Christmas this year, we wanted to share with you a few of the awesome things you are supporting here in PNG and, in doing so, ask you to join with us in prayer for these important ministries representing a wonderful group of people who long to know Jesus personally.

MAMBU Haus

Imagine almost a hundred kids in a small building in the Aiyura Valley in Papua New Guinea – playing games, building puzzles, playing guitar, volleyball and just being loved. That is the ministry of Mambu Haus week after week here in PNG and, earlier in December we also helped with their Christmas bung (feast). Pray for this ministry. Please pray for the couple who runs this along with the National pastor who is there every week and please pray for new craft supplies, puzzles, colouring books, blocks and other items that could bless these children immensely.

VACATION BIBLE SCHOOL

In the first week of January, there is a VBS held at two different village churches for all of the Papua New Guinean children in the Aiyura Valley. There will be hundreds of children and hundreds of volunteers are needed. Please pray for enough volunteers from the Ukarumpa community to step up to help and please pray for hearts to be open to hearing about the God we serve. Please pray against sickness and anything else that might interrupt this special time for the local children.

Even though we won’t be having a White Christmas, we are thrilled to have Jon’s parents here with us and we are so incredibly thankful that we can share this journey with you.

With much love & thanks,

Jon, Anita, Ben, Jacob, Elliott & Lucy
